Dr. Ryley Goodhand was raised outside of Alvinston on her family’s farm and is excited to return to her hometown roots to start her practice. Dr. Ryley began her career in healthcare at McMaster University where she completed her Bachelor of Science Honours in Kinesiology. During her time at McMaster she was a decorated member and co-captain of the McMaster figure skating team and spent her free time volunteering at a spinal cord injury clinic while also working as a member of the Ice Crew for the Hamilton Bulldogs and Toronto Marlies. Dr. Ryley followed her passions to New York Chiropractic College where she completed her Doctor of Chiropractic having been inducted into the Phi Chi Omega Honour Society and graduated Magna Cum Laude. She has also been recognized with several awards for her dedication to teaching, proficiency in chiropractic technique and clinical excellence. Along with her chiropractic degree, Dr. Ryley also holds a certificate in contemporary neurofunctional acupuncture through McMaster University, an advanced certificate in sports science and human performance and is trained in Webster Technique. When she is not at the office you can find Dr. Ryley in her kitchen trying fun recipes, outside enjoying nature with her dog or at the arena blowing the dust off her old skates! Dr. Ryley uses a full body approach to health care and will make sure you leave your appointment having learned more about your body; not only what you can do for it, but what it can do for you! Craig Irwin graduated from the University of Waterloo with an Honours Bachelors of Science (Kinesiology) in 1994 and continued at McMaster University to complete his Bachelors of Health Science in Physiotherapy in 1996. Craig owned and operated Irwin Physiotherapy in Seaforth from 2004-2024.

Craig has extensive clinical experience in sports physiotherapy and orthopedics. He received his Diploma of Advanced Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy in 2009 and is a Fellow of The Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT). Craig is an Instructor (Level 2) and Assistant Instructor (Level 3) in the Orthopedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and has mentored numerous physiotherapy students over the years..

​Craig’s areas of interest include musculoskeletal/orthopedic physiotherapy, sports injury management, post-concussion rehabilitation, and vestibular rehabilitation. He has attended numerous continuing education courses regarding concussion and vestibular rehabilitation. He has received a Level 1 Shift Concussion Certification and has become a Certified ImPACT © Physical Therapist.

Craig expanded his clinical knowledge in the field of vestibular rehabilitation completing a Certification in Vestibular Rehabilitation (April 2022) at Emory College, Atlanta, GA offered through Duke University. Before medical school, Dr. Chams began her educational journey at Western University in her home town of London, Ontario. Dr. Chams volunteered for the Canadian Cancer Society throughout her undergraduate program and developed a passion for treating cancer patients. During her last year of medical school, she was accepted into a highly-competitive externship program in British Columbia where she worked alongside the top doctors and nurses in the integrative cancer space.

With a passion for learning, advocacy and community involvement, Dr. Chams contributed as the Chair of the Integrative Medicine department for two consecutive years and then went on to serve as the president of the Naturopathic Medical Student Association at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto, Ontario in her last year of the program. Dr. Chams represented Naturopathic Medicine as being a member of the University of Toronto’s Interprofessional Healthcare Students Association (IPSHA) where she educated university graduates about the field of Naturopathic Medicine as they discovered the world of postgraduate medical programs.

Dr. Chams began to explore treating a wide range of conditions in her 4th year as a medical intern. These conditions include (but are not limited to) reproductive health, hormonal imbalances, digestive disorders, chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension, cardiovascular conditions and preventative care.

Dr. Chams is now accepting new patients and is looking forward to working with you one on one to develop a personalized and sustainable treatment plan. As a Naturopathic Doctor, she feels extremely fortunate to be in a position of trust with her patients and to have the opportunity to guide them on their journey toward optimal health and wellness.
