Offering Physiotherapy (Orthopaedic and Pelvic Floor), Chiropractic, Dietitian Services, Counselling, Nurse Practitioner services, Naturopathic Medicine, Massage Therapy, Lactation Consulting, and Doula services. Please note that we do not offer OHIP funded services at Her Optimal Health.

We want to be as accommodating as possible!
